Der Touristik could acquire Kuoni France before the end of February. The deal will cover all Kuoni France brands, namely Kuoni, Vacances Fabuleuses, Scanditours, Celtictours, Donatello, Emotions and les Ateliers du Voyage, hospitality-on.com reports.
Der Touristik, a subsidiary of the German group REWE which weighs in at nearly 60 billion euros, had acquired the former Kuoni Group (except Kuoni France) in 2015. This acquisition will enable the group to add France to its portfolio of existing destinations (mainly in Northern and Eastern Europe).
