National Pangaea buys Lazart Hotel in Thessaloniki for 7 million

National Pangaea REIC on Monday announced the purchase of a five-star hotel Lazart Hotel in Thessaloniki for around 7.0 million euros, ANA reports. The hotel is leased to a firm of the Zeus International Group.

Aristotelis Karytinos, CEO in National Pangaea, noted: “We are very pleased with the purchase of a quality hotel in the city and our cooperation with Zeus International. This investment is part of our investment strategy to expand in the hospitality sector, following our recent investment in Patras where the first Moxy by Marriott hotel will operate, the first in the Mediterranean”.
