Three Greek hotels are among the 10 most popular in the Mediterranean for German travelers, according to the HolidayCheck Awards 2025 awarded by the travel platform, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the awards.
One of the Greek hotels awarded by the German travel public among the 10 best in the Mediterranean is the Pilot Amphora Boutique Hotel in Georgioupolis. The hotel combines modern luxury with minimalism. The nearby Pilot Beach Resort offers yoga classes, a gym, and pottery lessons inspired by an ancient pottery workshop discovered in the area during the construction of the hotel.
The five-star Atrium Prestige Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas and Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas in Rhodes also won an award. The first is located in the Lachania area and includes luxurious rooms, bungalows, and villas, some of which have private pools. It also has six restaurants. The second, near Kalathos, has large rooms, suites, and villas with sea views. It has a wide selection of restaurants and guests distinguish it for its good connection to public transport, as it is the right place to explore neighboring cities such as Lindos.
The HolidayCheck awards are based on 837,700 reviews and ratings and were awarded to a total of 685 hotels from 35 countries.
