LAMPSA has reached an agreement with the international hotel group Accor to take over the management of the Elatos Resort & Health Club hotel in Fokida for 25 years, under the trade name “EMBLEMS COLLECTION”.
A relevant announcement states the following: “LAMPSA Hellenic Hotels Company S.A.”, has proceeded, through its 100% subsidiary “ELATOS DEVELOPMENT SOLE OWNER IKE” as of April 2022, to the signing of a Private Lease Agreement for the “Elatos Resort & Health Club” Hotel Complex in Fokida.
The company has initiated and is rapidly implementing an investment of over 30 million euros for the radical modernization and upgrade of the “Elatos Resort”, with the aim of creating a high-standard mountain tourist resort with a 12-month operation period.
In the context of this lease, the company has reached an agreement with the international hotel group “Accor”, to take over the management of the hotel, under the trade name “EMBLEMS COLLECTION”. The contract has a duration of 25 years and includes a basic management fee on revenues and a target achievement fee.
