The luxurious Mosay All Suite Hotel opens in Kos this summer

A special hotel will open on Lambi beach, near the center of Kos town. It is the Mosay All Suite Hotel, which, as underlined by the hotel management, is inspired by the island’s centuries-old cultural heritage and the various influences of different periods of its history. The hotel operates as a unique synthesis of past and present, it is specifically stated.

These elements are reflected in the hotel’s special design and its gastronomic identity, with influences from the Mediterranean and the East, but also in the cultural events and activities it offers, creating an unforgettable experience that combines authenticity with well-being and modern comforts.

Architecture that unites history with the present

The contemporary design of the Mosay All Suite Hotel, under the supervision of the architectural firm Tsolakis Architects, incorporates the natural landscape of the island and local tradition. In the area where the A.B.I.K.O. industrial complex used to exist, a new building emerges, in which the architecture follows the island philosophy. A reminder of the industrial past of the area will be an outdoor museum, open to the public, which will highlight the historical heritage of Kos.

The location of the hotel gives priority to the unobstructed view of the sea, with the rooms oriented so that the visitor can enjoy the landscape to the fullest. The integration of the interior with the exterior environment is enhanced through large openings and outdoor spaces that encourage a connection with nature, while the extensive water surfaces bring water as a natural element to the space. In addition, the creation of small, low building volumes and the use of traditional materials, such as stone and white plaster, are combined with modern lines, exuding authenticity.

Particular emphasis is placed on the installation of modern technologies and sustainable practices that promote energy efficiency, adaptation to the environment, and sustainability. The exploitation of natural light and air, the use of durable materials with a low environmental footprint, and renewable energy sources are some of the practices incorporated into Mosay’s design, in harmony with the needs of the climate, the local community, and the ecosystem. A characteristic element of the design is the extensive bioclimatic pergola in the outdoor area of ??the communal buildings.

Rooms with a view and unique amenities

The interior design of Mosay All Suite Hotel by interior designer Kostas Gagos balances between simple island aesthetics and relaxed boho elegance, incorporating oriental and international cultural influences. Natural shades and clean geometric shapes are combined with elaborate decorative elements, while earthy materials, such as stone, wood, and cement mortar, create an atmosphere of warmth and tranquility. Specially designed details, such as the headboards of the beds, add a sense of uniqueness, while handmade elements, such as the artificial rocks that decorate the lobby, spa, and rooms, create a dialogue between the architectural space and the landscape, enhancing the sense of harmony with nature.

In its 125 suites, guests enjoy absolute comfort in a space where architecture meets the natural beauty of the island. The hotel features a beach, six communal pools, as well as spa and fitness facilities, offering a complete experience of renewal and well-being. At the same time, the common areas, from the lobby to the restaurants and bars, are designed to encourage social interaction while ensuring privacy and allowing guests to experience the Mediterranean way of life.
