Investments in modernization and expansion continue in the hotels of the Ikos Resorts group and within the coming year in Greece and Spain, with emphasis on the Ikos Deluxe Collection, after the recent modernization of Ikos Olivia in Halkidiki.

Ikos Odisia, Corfu | The highlight is the new luxury villas with three and four bedrooms, private pool, terrace and spacious rooms reaching 390 sq m.
Ikos Andalusia on the Costa del Sol and Ikos Olivia in Halkidiki | Ikos Andalusia is gaining additional suites and deluxe suites with sea views or private gardens, with the largest units offering up to 130 sq m of living space and accommodating up to five people. Ikos Olivia is expanding its offering with new deluxe bungalows – optionally with a private garden or direct beach access.
In addition, Ikos Kissamos in Crete is set to open in April 2026.
Ikos Porto Petro in Mallorca | The hotel will gain new luxury villas with three and four bedrooms, surrounded by gardens with an infinity pool and outdoor dining areas. In addition, new one-bedroom suites with a private pool are being introduced.
