The event was held at Dolce by Wyndham Comwell Copenhagen Portside under the theme: “Going Places; Navigating the Future of Travel”. The summit focused on knowledge sharing and collaboration between hotels, managers, owners, key industry partners and Wyndham as franchisor.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Dimitris Manikis, President EMEA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, highlighted the importance of the EMEA region as a growth driver for the company and thanked franchise partners for their confidence in Wyndham’s strong portfolio. Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Eurasia offer more diverse growth opportunities than ever before, which Wyndham seeks to explore in a collaborative manner.
The program included panel discussions and keynotes exploring the future of the hospitality industry. Speakers also analyzed the commercial benefits of next-generation tools for revenue management, sales and marketing. Additionally, the sessions focused on enhancing guest engagement and service quality, using guest feedback for competitive advantage, and implementing best practice strategies to attract, develop and retain top talent.
