The collaboration of the Sani/Ikos Group with IEK Akmi has begun for the third consecutive year, within the framework of the innovative Hospitality Forward program, which aims to connect vocational education with the tourism job market.
As announced by the president of the Sani/Ikos Group, Andreas Andreadis, the new academic year 2025/26 began with impressive participation, as 360 young people have already registered for the program, a number that – as he emphasized – “exceeded all expectations”.
Hospitality Forward is a two-year study program with specializations in cuisine and hotel professions. It includes high-level, intensive semesters of theoretical education, the cost of which is covered to a significant extent by the Sani/Ikos Group, while the second semester of each year offers paid internships and full insurance coverage, in line with the model of a regular professional.
“This is a truly exemplary model of cooperation between an educational institution and a business, which demonstrates in practice how a modern, quality and sustainable human resource in tourism can be cultivated. I hope this example will find imitators,” said Mr. Andreadis.
