The Municipality of Kilkis announced a bidding, open and oral auction for the lease of the municipal property “Hotel” in the settlement of Doirani, in the Municipal Community of Drosatos.
The municipal property to be leased concerns a classic-type hotel with a total floor area of ??457.76 sq.m. and a basement of 228.88 sq.m., which is developed on an area of ??4,022 sq.m. and has 8 double rooms, 2 rooms for people with special needs, a restaurant and a bar.
The auction will be held on Wednesday, November 19 at 09:00 in the Municipal Council room of the Municipality of Kilkis. The minimum limit of the first offer is set at 550 euros per month.
In order to be accepted into the auction, among other supporting documents, one must submit to the auction committee as a guarantee of participation a deposit certificate of the Deposits and Loans Fund or a letter of guarantee from a recognized Bank, with a duration of at least twelve months from its issuance, at a rate of 10% of the first offer limit of the annual rent, i.e. 600 euros.
The duration of the lease is set for 9 years from the signing of the contract and may be extended for another 9 years upon timely application by the bidder and approval by the Municipal Council, provided that the other terms of the contract are met. Implicit sublease is absolutely prohibited. Furthermore, the sublease or concession, whether free of charge or in exchange, of part or all of the leased property by the bidder – lessee to any third party, natural or legal person, is prohibited.
In particular, the sublease or concession of spaces in the leased property for the placement of advertisements of any kind is expressly prohibited. The bidder does not acquire any real right from the use of the leased property, such as ownership, possession or usufruct, and cannot consent to the imposition of any burden, mortgage or mortgage prenotation on it, nor to the establishment of an easement in favor of a third party. The bidder does not have the right to proceed with any act of transfer of the lease relationship to a third party.
