The second-category hotel complex with bungalows is developed on a 14.48-acre plot. It has 95 rooms, 5 suites, and 189 beds.
The auction is scheduled for February 20, 2026.
The five-star “Archontiko Chatzigaki” in Pertouli, Trikala, goes up for auction on June 3, 2026, with a starting price of €4.35 million.
The hotel, of traditional architecture, is built on a plot of approximately 7 acres and has a total capacity of 36 rooms and 79 beds.
