Karelle Lamouche appointed new CEO of Accor for Europe and North Africa

Accor has appointed Karelle Lamouche as CEO for Europe and North Africa for its Premium, Midscale and Economy brands. In her new role, she will lead Accor’s operations across a region comprising more than 3,000 hotels in over 40 countries, representing around 40% of the Group’s global network based on the number of rooms at the end of 2024.

Her appointment follows nearly 30 years with Accor, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Europe and North Africa, having previously served as Chief Commercial Officer for the Premium, Midscale and Economy portfolio.

Since joining Accor in 1998, Karelle Lamouche has advanced through positions within hotels, including General Manager roles, to senior leadership posts at national and global level across operations, marketing, communications and commercial functions.
