Three Chinese journalists will be visiting Greece from 23 June to 1 July in order to prepare a 23-page feature on Athens and other Greek destinations for Air China’s August edition of inflight magazine Wings of China.
The Greek National Tourism Organization (EOT) has organized a press trip to Nafplio, Epidaurus, Zakynthos, Santorini, Rhodes, Delphi, Kalambaka and Meteora for the needs of the feature.
The monthly magazine “Wings of China” is distributed to all domestic and international flights of Air China, is bilingual (Chinese and English) and focuses on tourist and cultural issues. Each issue is printed in 360,000 copies, while its legibility is calculated to 6,000,000 readers/passengers.
EOT also carried out a fam trip to Mykonos, Paros, Milos, Zakynthos and Ancient Olympia for Chinese tour operators, bloggers and travel reporters last month as well as a visit by an Austrian journalist from the popular lifestyle magazine “Miss” to Naxos and Koufonisia.
