State Council greenlights auctioning of Astir in Vouligmeni
An agreement was singed with the Jermyn Street Real Estate Fund IV LP earlier in January
The Council of State convened on Monday and approved the Presidential Decree on the auctioning of the Astir Vouliagmenis development.
Initially there were legislative issues regarding the construction of 100 cabanas, however after being revised, the Decree was finally approved.
Earlier in January an agreement was singed between the state privatization fund TAIPED and Jermyn Street Real Estate Fund IV LP.
