Twelve private Greek islands and two large coastal areas are on sale on the privateislandsonline.com site for prices that range from 2,9 to 40 million euros.
Several of them have been on sale for several years now since potential buyers seem to be worried about various beauraucratic restrictions regarding their use and development as experience has shown.
