TAP execs discuss social responsibility plans with Greek Energy minister

Executives from the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) met on Friday with Energy and Environment Minister Giorgos Stathakis to discuss the company’s corporate social responsibility projects, which will see the companu invest a total of 32 million euros.

The company has voluntarily agreed with the Greek state to invest in projects relating to health, environment, civil protection and culture in the regions of Macedonia and Thrace, from where the pipeline passes through. TAP is expected to present specific proposals next week.

In the meeting, TAP was represented by Country Manager Rikard Scoufias and the Director of external and government affairs, Alexandros Panourgias.
