Greek textile firm Minerva signs 13.4 million euros bond loan

I&B Ladenis Bros SA – Minerva, a Greek-listed textile industry, on Wednesday announced the signing of a mortgage bond loan worth 13.4 million euros with National Bank, Eurobank, Alpha Bank and Piraeus Bank.

The money from the bond loan will be used to restructure the company’s existing debt.

The company said that completion of the bond loan procedures were expected by April 30, 2017.
