The European Investment Bank President, Werner Hoyer is expected to discuss further cooperation with between Cyprus and the EIB during his visit to the island on Monday.
On Friday an official press release noted that Hoyer will hold a series of meetings with President Nicos Anastasiades and Finance Ministry officials.
On Monday, the President of the EIB and the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance Christos Patsalides will sign an agreement with the Hellenic Bank on the financing of small and medium–sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-caps for the amount of 50 million euros.
