The Trans Adriatic Pipeline joint venture company on Wednesday announced that Mrs Katerina Papalexandri will take over as new TAP managing director from September 1, 2017, replacing Rikard Scoufias.
Mrs Papalexandri worked in BP London since 1998 and held several high-ranking positions.
“We are entering the final phase of implementation as TAP prepares bot commercially and operationally to receive the first natural gas shipment. I am certain that Katerina’s long-time experience and her deep knowledge in the energy industry, will prove decisive for the successful and safe implementation of our project in Greece,” TAP CEO, Luca Schieppati noted.
