Greece’s privatization agency (HRADF) selected two investment groups to proceed to the second phase of a tender for the acquisition of a 66 % stake in natural gas grid operator DESFA, the agency announced in a press release.
The groups are a consortium composed of Snam S.p.A.- Enag’s Internacional S.L.U.- Fluxys S.A.- N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie and Regasificadora del Noroeste S.A. The groups will now be asked to submit binding offers, HRADF clarified.
