The transfer of a 67 percent stake in Thessaloniki’s Port to South Europe Gateway Thessaloniki Ltd (SEGT) will be concluded by early next week at the latest, sources in the company DIEP GmΒH- Terminal Link SAS- Belterra Investments Ltd that won the tender in April 2017 told the Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA) on Tuesday.
To finish the deal, the company will have to pay the 231.9 million euros agreed and replace members of the company’s managing board.
