Cyprus Tourism Minister: €270 million in support programmes for 2021-2027

A total of €270 will be allocated in the programme period of 2021 – 2027 in support programmes such as of entrepreneurship, industry and energy-saving, Minister of Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism Natasa Pilides has said, CNA reports.

Speaking to the press after a meeting with Antros Kyprianou, General Secretary of the left-wing and main opposition party, AKEL, Pilides noted that after being finalised, the programmes and the necessary information material will be published.

As she pointed out, apart from the current programmes concerning manufacturing and entrepreneurship, some plans will be enhanced which concern digitization and the adaptation of companies’ operations to the current environment as well as the circular economy, which is placed high in the EU targets.
