The Greek finance ministry on Friday announced an international tender for the privatization of the Hellenic Shipyards S.A. in Skaramangas, west of the port of Piraeus, naftemporiki.gr reports.
The launching comes after the Hellenic Vehicle Industry (ELVO) was put up for privatization.
Skaramangas Shipyards, the largest shipyard in the country and in the Eastern Mediterranean region. It is the second asset after Hellenic Vehicle Industry to be put up for privatization by the finance ministry.
