HRADF receives binding offer for Egnatia Odos motorway in Greece

Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) on Friday announced that it received a binding offer for the award of the services, concession contract in relation to the operation, maintenance, and exploitation of Egnatia Odos motorway and three vertical road axes for a maximum period of up to 40 years, ANA reports.

The binding offer was submitted by the consortium of GEK TERNA S.A. -EGIS PROJECTS S.A. HRADF said it will not unseal the above binding offer until the issuance of the decision of the Suspensions Committee of the Council of State on the applications for interim measures filed before the Suspensions the Committee of the Council of State by the Prequalified Investors “ROADIS Transportation Holding S.L.U.-AKTOR CONCESSIONS S.A.” and “VINCI HIGHWAYS S.A.S -VINCI CONCESIONES S.A.S -MYTILINEOS S.A.”.
