The impetus to expand business relations between Greece and Saudi Arabia was discussed by Greek Development & Investments Minister Adonis Georgiadis at a meeting with Saudi Investments Minister Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih in Athens on Wednesday, ANA reports.
According to a statement after the meeting, Georgiadis said relations between the two countries have been “at an excellent level for several decades” and noted that the visit came in the context of a decision between the leaders of the two countries to further expand bilateral relations.
A business delegation will visit Saudi Arabia in October, he said, for this purpose, while the visit will be reciprocated by a Saudi delegation to Greece by the end of the year.
