Sani Development and Tourism Company SA, the highest bidder for the development of the property “Sani-“Kassandra” in the Chalkidiki peninsula, signed the agreement for the development of the area assessed at 8.6 million euros, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), a member company of GROWTHFUND-The National Fund of Greece, said on Tuesday, ANA reports.
The property is a plot of land with a total area of 276,492.70 square meters and an independent part of an area covering 915,099.72 square meters. It is located in “Metochi Stavronikita”, outside the boundaries of the Municipal Unit of Sani in the Municipality of Kassandra, in an area that constitutes the “Farm of Rural Penitentiary of Kassandra”.
The tender process for the development of the property took place in one phase and the price will be paid in a single installment.
