The National Investment Fund, Growthfund, is organizing the 2nd Growthfund Summit, which will take place on December 4 at Zappeion Megaron with the main theme “Investment Partnerships as a Catalyst for National Development”.
The Summit brings together government officials, representatives and executives of the public and private sectors and experts to discuss and deepen the challenges and opportunities presented by the international and national economic environment. Particular emphasis will be placed on the prospects for cooperation that will shape the investment landscape in the coming years with the ultimate goal of strengthening the Greek economy.
The keynote speech of the 2nd Growthfund Summit will be delivered by the Minister of Economy and Finance Kostis Hatzidakis. Fireside Chats will be held in the framework of the Summit with personalities such as the Chairman FMA Lord Francis Maude and the Head of Southern Europe of BlackRock Giovanni Sandri.
During the Summit, the new Strategic Plan 2025-2027 of the Super Fund will be discussed, together with the new investment fund being created as its subsidiary, major reform projects, and strategic investments in infrastructure, energy and the green economy. The role of capital markets and the financial system, regional development as a key pillar for economic resilience, and the challenges and opportunities for the green transition and AI will also be discussed.
