Tornos News continues to record the hotel investments that are gradually included in the Development Law.
After the first 30 investments, which it presented in previous reports, Tornos News recorded another 7 hotel investments in Rhodes, Corfu, Zakynthos, Karpathos, Tinos, Sifnos and Andros that will be supported by the Development Law.
In detail, the investment plans of the groups that are supported according to decisions of the General Directorate of Development Laws and Foreign Direct Investments of the Ministry of Development are as follows:
-Support for the investment plan of the company “ELECTRA HOTELS S.A.”, which concerns the comprehensive modernization of the 5-star ELECTRA PALACE hotel in Rhodes, with a total eligible cost of 11,000,000 euros and a total supported cost of 11,000,000 euros.
-Support for the investment plan of the company “MARBELLA HOTEL AND TOURIST ENTERPRISES S.A.” with the distinctive title “MARBELLA S.A.”, which concerns the modernization of a complete 2-star hotel with the distinctive title CORFU SENSES RESORT and upgrade to a 5-star category in Corfu, with a total eligible cost of 10,891,639 euros and a total supported cost of 10,164,707.40 euros.
-Support for the investment plan of the company “X.XENOS ANONYMOUS TOURIST AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY” which concerns the comprehensive modernization of the 3-star hotel ADMIRAL and upgrade to a 4-star category in Zakynthos, with a total eligible cost of 3,452,679 euros and a total supported cost of 3,452,679 euros.
-Support for the investment plan of the company “HOTEL ENTERPRISES OF KARPATHOS ALBATROS ANONYMOUS COMPANY” with the distinctive title “ALBATROS S.A.” concerning the establishment of a 4-star hotel with a capacity of 75 beds in Karpathos, with a total eligible cost of 2,699,989.40 euros and a total subsidized cost of 2,699,989.40 euros.
– Support for an investment plan of the company “KELIA I.K.E.” concerning the creation of a new 4-star hotel with a capacity of 36 beds, on 25th March and Bali Streets in Tinos, with a total eligible cost of 1,932,597.11 euros and a total subsidized cost of 1,905,151.96 euros.
– Support for an investment plan of the company “APO DEVELOPMENT E.E.” concerning the establishment of a 5-star hotel in Sifnos, with a total eligible cost of 2,559,849.03 euros and a total subsidized cost of 2,546,202.27 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company “AKTES ANDROS IKE” concerning the comprehensive modernization of the 2-star hotel SKOUNA, which has ceased operation and its upgrade to a 4-star hotel, with a capacity of 54 beds on Leoforos Aigaiou Street in Andros, with a total eligible cost of 1,703,058.07 euros and a total subsidized cost of 1,703,058.07 euros.
