Five new hotel investments in Rhodes, Kos, Milos, Schinoussa, and Chalkida will receive subsidies.
Tornos News systematically monitors and publishes investments in the hotel sector that are supported either by decisions of the competent Directorate of the Ministry of Development or by the Regions of the country.
In detail, the business plans of the groups according to decisions of the General Directorate of Development Laws and Foreign Direct Investments of the Ministry of Development are as follows:
-Support for the investment plan of the company ATLAS S.A. which concerns the modernization of a comprehensive 3-star hotel, with a capacity of 51 rooms and 131 beds, and its upgrade to a 4-star category at 6 Pyras Street in Rhodes, with a total eligible and supported cost of 3,060,000 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company HOTEL-BUILDING- TOURIST AND COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES ARISTOTELIS PATOURIS S.A. with the distinctive title D’ ANDREA MARE, which concerns the establishment of a classic-type hotel, 4-star category, in the municipal community of Pyli in Kos, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 3,005,000 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company TY E.P.E., which concerns the establishment of a 4-star category hotel in the Mavromouri – Eptastomos – Parasporos location, Adamantas in Milos, with a total eligible cost of 4,143,869.20 euros and a total subsidized cost of 3,976,870.72 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company LANGADI IKE, which concerns the establishment of a 5-star hotel with a total capacity of 29 rooms and 75 beds at the location Almyros Langadi in Schinoussa, with a total eligible and supported cost of 4,025,261.85 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company VICTORIA HOTELS, TOURIST, MARITIME AND COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES SA, which concerns the modernization of a 5-star hotel at the location Kaimeti-Vasiliko in Chalkida, Evia, with a total eligible and supported cost of 4,200,115.03 euros.
