Six new hotel investments in Crete, Skyros, Messini, Nafplio, and Kalambaka will receive subsidies.
Tornos News systematically monitors and publishes investments in the hotel sector that are supported either by decisions of the competent Directorate of the Ministry of Development or by the Regions of the country.
In detail, the business plans of the groups according to decisions of the General Directorate of Development Laws and Foreign Direct Investments of the Ministry of Development that will receive aid are as follows:
-Support for the investment plan of the company GREEN PROPERTIES MELAKIS, which concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel, with a capacity of 46 rooms, 92 beds at 65 Kydonias Street and Zimbrakidon Street in Chania, with a total eligible cost equal to 4,418,667 euros and a total aided cost equal to 4,150,744.20 euros.
-Support for the investment plan of the company ALMYRIDA BEACH HOTEL AND TOURIST ENTERPRISES S.A. concerning the comprehensive modernization of the 4-star hotel ALMYRIDA BEACH III in the location “Almyrida Apokoronas”, in the Municipal Unit of Vamos, Municipality of Apokoronas, with a total eligible and supported cost of 1,268,970.66 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company HELLENIC TECHNICAL WORKS S.A. with the distinctive title ELTERGA S.A., which concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel, with a capacity of 32 rooms, 50 beds at the location Pera Kampos, Molos Settlement, in Skyros, with a total eligible cost equal to 2,901,138.37 euros and a total subsidized cost equal to 2,813,581.02 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company BUCA RESORTS S.A. which concerns the expansion of the capacity of a 5-star hotel at the Messini beach location in Laconia, with a total eligible and subsidized cost equal to 6,245,739.22 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company I.G.G DEVELOPMENTS IKE. concerning the establishment of a 4-star hotel, 24 beds, at the location of Oikismos Exosti Arias in Nafplio, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 1,657,415.49 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company KOKKINOIA IKE. concerning the establishment of a 5-star hotel at the location of Kastraki in Kalambaka, with a total eligible cost of 2,304,638.46 euros and a total subsidized cost of 2,232,721.54 euros.
