The competent authorities approved aid for 4 new hotel investments in Naxos and Andros, Chania, and Igoumenitsa.
In detail, the South Aegean Region approved the inclusion of the investment plan of the company “PITTARA BROS. O.E.”, which concerns the complete modernization of the SPHINX hotel and its upgrade from two to three stars, with a capacity of 64 beds in Naxos Town, with a total eligible cost of 849,200 euros and a totally supported cost of 848,720 euros.
It also approved the inclusion in the Tourism Investment Support Scheme of the investment plan of the company “ANDROS HOTEL TOURIST AND COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES AND OPERATION OF A CAR STATION”, which concerns the modernization of the 3-star hotel PARADISOS with an upgrade to 4-star, with a capacity of 76 beds in Andros Town, with a total eligible cost of 950,280 euros and a totally supported cost of 950,280 euros.
Correspondingly, the Region of Epirus approved the inclusion in the Tourism Investment Support Scheme of the investment plan of the company HOTEL TOURIST ENTERPRISES OF NIKOLAOS S. GIOGIAKAS with the distinctive title GIOGIAKAS S.A. concerning the complete modernization and upgrade of a hotel from 2 stars to 3 stars in Igoumenitsa, with a total eligible cost of 685,000 euros and a total subsidized cost of 685,000 euros.
The General Directorate of Development Laws and Foreign Direct Investments of the Ministry of Development approved the support of an investment plan of the company “GELASAKIS MARITIME AGENCIES SINGLE-MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY” concerning the establishment of a 4-star furnished apartment hotel with a capacity of 36 beds, in Chania with a total eligible cost of 1,567,940.34 euros and a total subsidized cost of 1,567,940.34 euros.
