Five new hotel investments in Piraeus, Rhodes, Crete, Paros, and South Pelion have received the green light to receive aid.
Tornos News systematically monitors and publishes investments in the hotel sector that are supported either by decisions of the competent Directorate of the Ministry of Development or by the Regions of the country.
In detail, the business plans of the groups according to decisions of the General Directorate of Development Laws and Foreign Direct Investments of the Ministry of Development are as follows:
-Support for the investment plan of the company NOVA CONSTRUCTIONS S.A. concerning the establishment of a nine-story 4-star hotel with a basement, 114 rooms, and 180 beds, on Sfaktirias, Aigaleo and Papastratou streets in Piraeus, with a total eligible cost of 8,899,815 euros and a total subsidized cost of 7,917,042 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company MAKARM SOLE-PERSON S.A. concerning the expansion of the capacity of the hotel UNIQUE BLUE RESORT on Amnisos Street, in the Municipal Unit of Gouves, in Crete, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 1,110,000.01 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company HOTELS HELLADOS – MITSIS COMPANY S.A. which concerns the modernization of a complete hotel with a capacity of 432 rooms, 920 beds, 5-star category, in Kiotari, Rhodes, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 10,000,000 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company TOURIST ENTERPRISES AKTIS FARANGA SINGLE-MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY which concerns the creation of a new 5-star hotel, with a capacity of 31 rooms, 72 beds, in “Kavaletos” in Paros, with a total eligible cost of 4,770,675 euros and a total subsidized cost of 4,553,080 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company MICHAEL TOPOUZOGLOU SINGLE-PERSON IKE with the distinctive title ZERVOHIA BEACH HOTEL, which concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel, 20 beds, in the settlement of Zervohia, in the Municipal Unit of Afeton in South Pelion, with a total eligible cost equal to 1,312,118.11 euros and a total supported cost equal to 1,289,375.72 euros.
