The competent authorities have approved the payments of part of the grants for a boat shelter in Nikiti, Halkidiki, and for three hotels in Chania, Zagori, and Koroni, Messinia respectively.
Specifically, the Ministry of Interior (Macedonia-Thrace) approved the allocation of 301,963.35 euros, which corresponds to 25% of the grant of 1,207,853.41 euros and a percentage of 38.467% of the investment plan of the company AKTI AGIOU IOANNIS DEVELOPMENT AND TOURISM S.A. and concerns the establishment of a recreational boat shelter on the coast of Agios Ioannis Nikiti in Sithonia, Halkidiki, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 3,140,000 euros.
At the same time, the Ministry of Development approved the allocation of 2,500,000 euros, which corresponds to 25% of the investment plan of company A.VASILAKIS S.A. is concerned with the establishment of a 5-star hotel with a capacity of 238 rooms and 530 beds in Marathi, Chania, with a total eligible cost of 31,750,000 euros and a total subsidized cost of 31,750,000, with a total aid amount of 10,000,000 euros, which is granted in the form of a grant.
In addition, the Region of Epirus approved the allocation of an amount of 171,000.47 euros, which corresponds to 25% of the approved subsidy for the investment plan of the company THE RIDGE and concerns the establishment of a traditional 4-star hotel unit, with a capacity of 20 beds, in the location near the Agios Konstantinos reservoir within the settlement of Tsepelovo in Zagori, with a total eligible cost of 1,244,548.87 euros and a subsidized cost of the investment plan of 1,244,548.87 euros, with a corresponding subsidy of 684,001.88 euros.
Finally, the Peloponnese Region approved the allocation of an amount of 202,895 euros, which corresponds to 50% of the subsidy for the investment plan of the company TEMKO IKE and concerns the establishment of a hotel in Koroni, in the municipality of Pylos Nestor in Messinia, with a total eligible cost of 1,054,000 euros, a subsidized cost of 1,054,000 euros and a total aid of 405,790 euros in the form of a subsidy.
