Grant payments for 4 hotel investments in Rhodes, Chania, Itilo and Sivota

The competent authorities approved the payments of part of the grants for four hotels in Rhodes, Chania, Itilo, and Sivota in Thesprotia.

Specifically, the Ministry of Development approved the allocation of an amount of 399,606.34 euros, which corresponds to 25% of the grant of 1,598,425.36 euros for the investment plan of the company EVITABAY SINGLE-PERSON IKE. and concerns the modernization of a complete 4-star hotel and its expansion by 13 rooms of 25 beds, with a final capacity of 79 rooms of 99 beds, in Profitis Amos, Rhodes, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 3,984,813.40 euros and a total amount of aid of 1,598,425.36 euros, which is granted in the form of a grant.

At the same time, the Ministry of Development approved the allocation of 2,500,000 euros, which corresponds to 25% of the investment plan of company A.VASILAKIS S.A. is concerned with the establishment of a 5-star hotel with a capacity of 238 rooms and 530 beds in Marathi, Chania, with a total eligible cost of 31,750,000 euros and a total subsidized cost of 31,750,000 euros, with a total aid amount of 10,000,000 euros, which is granted in the form of a grant.

In addition, the Peloponnese Region approved the allocation of 106,931 euros to the company PORTO VITILO SA, which corresponds to 25% of the approved grant of 427,724 euros and a percentage of 55% and concerns the comprehensive modernization of the 3-star hotel PORTO VITILO in Karavostasi, Itylos, Laconia, with a total eligible cost of 777,680 euros and a total subsidized cost of 777,680 euros.

Finally, the Region of Epirus approved the allocation of an amount of 396,213.68 euros, which corresponds to 25% of the investment plan of the company PAPANDREOU & SIA IKE and concerns the establishment of a 5-star hotel with a capacity of 28 rooms and 56 beds in Sivota, Thesprotia, with a total eligible cost of 2,939,677.17 euros, a subsidized cost of 2,883,372.19 euros and an approved grant of 1,584,854.71 euros.
