The competent authorities approved the payments of part of the subsidies for 3 hotel enterprises in Ano Pedina in Zagori, Ioannina, in Ano Loutro, Xylokastro – Evrostina, and in Sivota, Thesprotia.
In detail:
The Region of Epirus approved the allocation of 98,407.68 euros to the company PIRRION VILLAS, which corresponds to 25% of the approved grant of 393,630.74 euros and a percentage of 54.94% and concerns the establishment of a 3-star hotel of the type of furnished apartments, with a capacity of 6 apartments of 18 beds in Ano Pedina, Zagori, Ioannina, with a total eligible cost of 765,507.45 euros and a subsidized cost of 716,419.53 euros.
At the same time, the Ministry of Development approved the allocation of 554,740.56 euros to the company ALTHEA RESORT, which corresponds to 25% of the approved grant of 2,218,962.23 euros and concerns the establishment of a 3-star hotel, with a capacity of 46 rooms and 98 beds in the Ano Loutro area of ??Xylokastro – Evrostina, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 4,034,476.79 euros and an aid amount of 2,218,962.23 euros, which is granted in the form of a grant.
In addition, the Ministry of Development approved the allocation of an amount of 690,132.37 euros, which corresponds to 25% of the subsidy for the investment plan of the company ALTHEA RESORT and concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel, with a capacity of 39 rooms and 104 beds in the Ano Loutro area of ??Xylokastro – Evrostina, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 4,945,803 euros and an aid amount of 2,720,191.65 euros, which is granted in the form of a subsidy.
Finally, the Region of Epirus approved the allocation of 396,213.68 euros, which corresponds to 25% of the grant of 1,584,854.70 euros and a percentage of 54.97% of the investment plan of the company PAPANDREOU & SIA IKE and concerns the establishment of a 5-star hotel, with a capacity of 28 rooms and 56 beds in Sivota, Thesprotia, with a total eligible cost of 2,939,677.17 euros and a total subsidized cost of 2,883,372.19 euros.
