The Environment and Spatial Planning Committee of the Region of Crete has given a positive opinion on the Environmental Impact Study of the project concerning the MINOS BEACH hotel, a 5-star category, with a capacity of 268 beds, in Ammoudi, Agios Nikolaos, Lassithi, Crete, managed by TEIM BLUE GR SA, subject to terms and conditions.
The building department of the municipality of Nea Propontis granted a permit to change the use of a hotel building into a residential building, in the Kassandra area of ??Pallini, Chalkidiki, owned by Mr. Makedos Anastasios.
The building department of the municipality of Zakynthos granted a permit to add a ground floor building of 4 recreation centers to an existing hotel in Volimes, Zakynthos, owned by the company AKTYPIS AXTEE.
The building department of the municipality of Ermionida granted a permit to change the facades and static reinforcements of a hotel in the location of Chinitsa, Ermionida, owned by the company HINITSA BAY HOLDINGS SINGLE-PERSON S.A.
The General Directorate of Spatial Planning, Environmental and Agricultural Policy of the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia-Thrace, approved the Environmental Terms of the MEDITERRANEAN PRINCESS hotel, 4-star category and with a capacity of 159 beds, on a 9,800 sq m site, located in the off-plan area of ??the Paralia-Olympic Coast coastal road of Peristasi, Katerini, of the entity IKAROS S.A., under terms and conditions.
The Environmental Committee of the Region of Western Macedonia unanimously decided positively for the Environmental Impact Study of the project to operate the 3-star classic hotel PANTELIDIS, owned by PANTELIDIS BROS S.A., located in the off-plan area of ??Ptolemaida Eordaias in Kozani, on the condition that the relevant observations of the service are taken seriously. It should be noted that the Decentralized Administration of Epirus – Western Macedonia has also given its approval for the Environmental Terms of the project.
