The General Directorate of Environmental Policy of the Ministry of Environment and Energy approved the environmental conditions and restrictions for the operation of a tourist complex that includes the two hotel units CRETA PANORAMA and CRETA MARINE, 4-star category, with a total capacity of 1,839 beds, a conference center for 300 delegates, a hotel (tourist) port for 30 boats and the accompanying works, in the off-plan and outside the settlement limits area of ??Lianos Kavos in Mylopotamos in Rethymno, owned by the company META S.A.
The General Directorate of Museum Restoration and Technical Works of the Ministry of Culture has conditionally approved the study entitled, Addition by extension of auxiliary basement spaces, internal reforms, change of facades, relocation of the location of the external staircase and swimming pool and construction of a new staircase to the roof in an existing two-story hotel building, in Imerovigli, Santorini, owned by the company Vertus IKE because with the proposed interventions, the building fits into the settlement and does not cause damage to the protected historical site.

The General Directorate of Spatial Planning, Environmental and Agricultural Policy of the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia-Thrace approved the Environmental Terms of the project concerning the Miramonte Chalet Hotel Spa, a 4-star category hotel with a capacity of 75 beds, which operates in the off-plan area of ??the Special Protection Zone of Mount Voras, Palaios Agios Athanasios, on behalf of the company TELERIN Kon. Donopoulos Commercial Construction Touristic Company Limited.
