Six new hotel investments have received the green light to receive aid.
Tornos News systematically monitors and publishes investments in the hotel sector that are supported either by decisions of the competent Directorate of the Ministry of Development or by the Regions of the country.
In detail, the latest business plans of groups that were approved for aid are as follows:
- Support for an investment plan of the company WILTON HOLDINGS S.A. concerning the establishment of a 4-star hotel with a total capacity of 175 beds and 86 rooms at 6-8 Kekropos Street, Kapodistriou and G. Kasimati in Piraeus, total eligible and supported cost equal to 2,100,000 euros.
- Support for an investment plan of the company TOURIST AND HOTEL ENTERPRISES TOP HOLIDAYS S.A. concerning the comprehensive modernization of the 4-star hotel ARION PALACE and its upgrade to a 5-star category located in Vigles, Ierapetra, total eligible and supported cost equal to 5,357,000 euros.
- Support for an investment plan of the company EUROPE SINGLE-Person HOTEL CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY A.K.T.E.E. with the distinctive title CENTRAL PARKING, which concerns the establishment of a 4-star furnished apartment hotel in the municipal unit of Viannos, the Municipality of Viannos, the Regional Unit of Heraklion, with a total eligible cost of 3,149,326 euros and a total subsidized cost of 2,673,701.60 euros.
- Support for an investment plan of the company HOTEL TOURIST AND COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES E. PETRONIATIS SA with the distinctive title MYRINA HOTEL, which concerns the comprehensive modernization of the 4-star AKTI MYRINA hotel in the location of Kolymbia, the Municipal Unit of Afantou in Rhodes, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 6,220,000 euros.
- Support for an investment plan of the company under the name N. & H. SALTZIDI OE with the distinctive title VOTSALAKIA, which concerns the construction of a four-story building with a basement, a loft and planting on the roof (4-star hotel) in the old settlement of Asprovalta, in the Municipal Unit of Agios Georgios, with a total eligible and supported cost of 1,080,243.20 euros.
- Support for an investment plan of the company STOES SA, which concerns the establishment of a 5-star hotel from the conversion of a listed building on 23 Kallari Street and Christos Efthymiou Street in the historic center of the city of Ioannina, with a total eligible and supported cost of 950,000 euros.
