By decision of the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, Nikos Papathanasis, the budget of the call for applications for funding in the action “Enhancing the establishment and operation of new tourism small and medium-sized enterprises” of the “Competitiveness” program of the NSRF 2021-2027 is again increased.
Specifically, the available budget from 250 million euros now amounts to 375 million euros, i.e., 150% compared to the initial forecast.
The increase in available resources comes in response to the extremely high demand for the applications submitted. This development implies the inclusion of more beneficiaries in the action and consequently the support of more investment projects in one of the most critical and dynamic sectors of the Greek economy, tourism.
It is emphasized that 6669 applications for relevant financing have been submitted throughout the Territory.
