The Region of Eastern Macedonia – Thrace is proceeding with 3 bidding auctions for the lease of land located in the settlement of Nea Iraklitsa in the Municipality of Pangaio for the purpose of creating tourist units.
These are 25-year leases with the possibility of extension. The Auctions will be held in office number 642 on the 6th floor of the Regional Unit of Kavala and will be open and oral.
The first auction concerns an area of 254.83 sq. m. on a plot of land located in the extension of the settlement of Nea Iraklitsa.
The auction is being held by the Land and Dispute Resolution Committee on Wednesday, September 17, starting at 09:15 a.m. and ending at 09:30 a.m. The starting price of the price payable for the lease of the above area is set at 2,550.72 euros per hectare, i.e. at the amount of 650 euros per year for the entire area.
The second auction concerns an area of 1,207.32 sq.m. located in the extension of the settlement of Nea Iraklitsa.
The auction is being held by the Land and Dispute Resolution Committee on Wednesday, September 17, starting at 09:30 a.m. and ending at 09:45 a.m. The starting price of the price payable for the lease of the above area is set at 2,733.33 euros per hectare, i.e. at the amount of 3,300 euros per year for the entire area.
The third auction concerns an area of 870.64 sq.m. which is part of a plot located in the extension of the settlement of Nea Iraklitsa.
The auction is being held by the Land and Dispute Resolution Committee on Wednesday, September 17, starting at 09:45 a.m. with an end time of 10:00 a.m. The starting price of the price payable for the above area is set at 2,733.33 euros per hectare, i.e. at the amount of 2,380 euros per year for the entire area.
