The competent bodies in the areas of Thessaloniki, Halkidiki and Leros proceeded with five tender award results.
Specifically:
The Municipality of Thessaloniki, in a public bidding auction for the lease of the refreshment bar located in the listed Casa-Bianca building, awarded the result to Mr. Odysseas Papoutsidis at the price of 36,000 euros per year.
Also, the Municipality of Thessaloniki, in a public repeated bidding auction for the lease of the Culture and Recreation Pavilion in the Garden of the Ages, awarded the result to Mr. Menexes Anestis at the price of 14,000 euros per year.
Furthermore, the Municipality of Thessaloniki, in a public bidding auction for the lease of the Culture and Recreation Pavilion in the Rose Garden on the Thessaloniki beachfront, awarded the result to Mr. Iakovou Konstantinos at the price of 21,000 euros per year.
The Municipality of Sithonia awarded a bidding competition for the lease of a property located in Keramario in the Municipal Community of Nikiti to the candidate who submitted the highest financial offer of 20,010 euros, namely to the company with the name HOTEL ENTERPRISES ALEXANDROS SIDIROPOULOS S.A. with the distinctive title “GERANI S.A.”.
Furthermore, the Department of Modern Monuments and Technical Works of the Ministry of Culture awarded the company KAKNIS ARISTEIDIS K SIA OE., the construction contract for the restoration and reuse of the historic Leros Hotel in the Lakki area, included in the Recovery and Resilience Fund, for the amount of 1.74 million euros including VAT.
The contractor, after visiting the project site and being informed about any problems due to the location of the building, as well as all other issues that may affect the project and its value, unconditionally accepted this assignment and undertook the execution of the work.
The contractor is solely and exclusively responsible for the implementation of the statutory environmental protection conditions during the construction of the project, during any exploitation of the sources of materials, and during the use of the approved storage chambers for surplus excavation products. He is also obliged to complete the entire project by March 31, 2026.
