Environmental Impact Study concerning the construction, operation and future renovation – maintenance of a new 5-star hotel, with a capacity of 1,200 beds, 410 rooms, within a plot of land with a total area of ??109,400 sq m. and a total area of ??106,559.67 sq m., in Limnara, Kos, owned by the company CASA COA S.A.
Environmental Impact Study concerning the construction and operation of a complex tourist accommodation, which will include a 5-star main hotel, with a capacity of 394 rooms, 1,050 beds, 158 residences, with a capacity of 632 beds, special tourist infrastructure (conference center, with a capacity of 2,500 delegates and a rejuvenation center) and other accompanying service projects, within a field of total area of ??263,560 at Profitis Ilias, Kallithea, Rhodes of the company INTERPLAZA S.A.
Environmental Impact Study concerning the functional integration of the existing hotel unit SUNSHINE HOTEL, final category 4 stars, total final capacity of 190 beds, within a field of area of ??13,240 sq.m. in the Tigaki area, Kos, of the company SUNSHINE IKE.
