The competent authorities have approved the payments of part of the grants for 5 hotel enterprises in Mykonos, Rhodes and Argostoli, Kefalonia.
In detail:
The Ministry of Development approved the allocation of 305,962.50 euros, which corresponds to 25% of the grant of 1,223,850 euros for the investment plan of the company MYKONOS DREAM VILLAS and concerns the establishment of a 5-star hotel with a capacity of 53 beds in Mykonos, with a total eligible cost and total subsidized cost equal to 3,050,000 euros and an aid amount of 1,223,850 euros, which is granted in the form of a grant.
At the same time, the South Aegean Region approved the allocation of an amount of 122,263.40 euros, which corresponds to 25% of the investment plan of the company B. & D. CHANIOTIS AXTE and concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel with a capacity of 28 rooms and 57 beds in the Kalo Livadi-Ano Mera area in Mykonos, with a total eligible cost of 1,812,200 euros and a subsidized cost of 1,746,620 euros.
In addition, the South Aegean Region approved the allocation of 33,099.20 euros to the company MOUNTAINOUS RHODES DEVELOPMENT COMPANY SINGLE-MEMBER IKE, which corresponds to 25% of the approved grant of 132,396.80 euros and a percentage of 40.30% and concerns the modernization of an integrated traditional hotel unit with a total capacity of 24 rooms, 47 beds in the Profitis Ilias Salakou area of ??Rhodes, with a total eligible cost of 328,492 euros and a total subsidized cost of 328,492 euros.
Also, the South Aegean Region approved the allocation of 42,450 euros, which corresponds to 25% of the approved grant of 169,800 euros and a percentage of 40.47%, and concerns the modernization of the integrated form of the AKTI NIRVANA hotel unit, 3-star category, with a capacity of 47 rooms, 90 beds, leased by the company READERS CLUB MONOPROSOPI IKE, in the Theologos area of ??Rhodes, with a total eligible cost of 419,600 euros and a subsidized cost of 419,600 euros.
Finally, the Region of the Ionian Islands approved the allocation of an amount of 67,424.85 euros, which corresponds to 25% of the subsidy for the investment plan of the company IONIAN SUN SA and concerns the expansion of the capacity of the 5-star hotel FZEEN, located in LOURDATA, Argostoli, Kefalonia, with a total eligible cost of 599,332 euros and a total subsidized cost equal to 599,332 euros.
