A series of decisions on solutions and company conversions were taken by the competent authorities, approving six company solutions and two conversions of corporate forms.
In detail:
The Chamber of Dodecanese approved the solution, the commencement of liquidation and the appointment of liquidators of the Soci?t? Anonyme with the name “Thomas Hotel Anonyme Etaireia”, in accordance with a decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
The Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry approved the dissolution of the companies:
- “Pheidian Tourist Hotel and Commercial S.A.”,
“Wonderland Tourist – Hotel – Investment S.A.”,
based on decisions of the General Meetings of their shareholders.
The Chania Chamber approved the dissolution, liquidation and appointment of liquidators of “Nikos Loupassis Single-member Hotel Tourist Commercial S.A.”, following a decision of the General Meeting.
The Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry approved the dissolution and placement in liquidation of the company “Antirides – Resorts, Holidays, Tourist and Hotel Enterprises S.A.”, with the distinctive title Antirides S.A.
Furthermore, the Lefkada Chamber approved the dissolution of the company “Alexander V S.A. Tourism and Hotel Enterprises”, in accordance with a decision of the Unsolicited Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders.
At the same time, two changes in corporate forms were approved:
- The Chania Chamber approved the conversion of the company “Tourism – Hotel – Enterprises Antonios D. Koufakis S.A.” into a General Partnership (GPP) under the name “Tourism – Hotel – Enterprises Antonios D. Koufakis GPP.”
- The Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry approved the conversion of “NINE Hotel Enterprises Ltd.” into a Soci?t? Anonyme (S.A.) with the name “NINE Hotel Ventures S.A.” and the distinctive titles “NINE S.A.” and “Nine Hotel Ventures S.A.”.
