The competent authorities have taken decisions for 5 hotels located in the areas of Heraklion, Tzoumerka, Spetses, Zakynthos and Rhodes.
In detail:
- The building department of the municipality of Heraklion granted a small-scale building permit for energy upgrade works in the central three-story building of the IRIDA hotel located at BONI GYRISMA in Malevizi, Heraklion, Crete, owned by the company IRIDA AEXTEE.
- The municipality of North Tzoumerka approved the lease of an undeveloped municipal plot of 164.06 sq m. to Mr. Vasilios Dontoros, for 9 years. The plot is located in the municipal community of Syrrakos, behind the tenant’s property and will be used for the installation of a LPG storage unit and for ensuring heating for his hotel.
- The Service for Modern Monuments and Technical Works of Attica, Eastern Central Greece and the Cyclades of the Ministry of Culture approved the inclusion of unauthorized works in the complex of three two-story buildings with a basement (tourist unit), in the location of Agia Marina in Spetses, owned by ORLOFF RESORT, under the provisions of the law.
- At the same time, the Service for Modern Monuments and Technical Works of Attica, Eastern Central Greece and the Cyclades of the Ministry of Culture approved the execution of repair works, internal arrangements and environmental space development, with modification – reformation of the facades, in the existing complex of three two-story buildings with a basement (tourist unit) in the location of Agia Marina in Spetses, owned by ORLOFF RESORT.
- The Regional Tourism Service of Western Greece of the Ministry of Tourism decided to subject the 4-star hotel GOLDEN COAST RESORT, located in Zakynthos, with a capacity of 150 beds, seasonal operation and exploitation of the company PANELYIA HOSPITALITY MON. AXTEE, to Standard Environmental Commitments, due to the operational consolidation of four hotels into one.
- The Dodecanese Regional Tourism Service of the Ministry of Tourism has decided to subject to Standard Environmental Commitments the construction of a main tourist accommodation (hotel) without an approved distinctive title, 3-star category, with a capacity of 99 beds on a plot of land measuring 24,680 sq m. in the off-plan area of ??Soroni in Rhodes, owned by the company LOGOS TOURIST SERVICES PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY.
