The competent authorities approved the payments of part of the grants for 4 hotel enterprises in Rhodes, Skiathos, Halkidiki and Volos.
In detail:
The Ministry of Development approved the allocation of an amount of 278,250 euros, corresponding to 25% of the approved grant for the investment plan of the company TOURIST HOTEL ENTERPRISES “AKANTIA” SA, which concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel with a capacity of 142 rooms and 308 beds on Ir. Polytechneiou 6, at I. Kazoulis location in Rhodes, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 5,300,000 euros.
The Region of Thessaly approved the allocation of an amount of 824,863.32 euros, which corresponds to 50% of the approved subsidy for the investment plan of the company IOANNIS KOUKOULAKIS TOURIST HOTEL ENTERPRISES SA, which concerns the establishment of a 5-star tourist unit with a capacity of 68 beds at Agia Paraskevi location on the island of Skiathos, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 2,999,502.99 euros and a total subsidy of 1,649,726.64 euros.
The Ministry of Interior (Macedonia and Thrace Sector) approved the allocation of an amount of 1,200,000 euros, corresponding to up to 65% of the approved subsidy for the investment plan of the company NEA AKTI PORTES SA. The above amount results as a difference after deducting the amount of 25% of the approved subsidy of 750,000 euros that has already been paid from the amount corresponding to 65% of the approved subsidy of 3,000,000 euros. The investment plan concerns the creation of a 4-star hotel with a capacity of 150 beds in the Portes location in Agios Mamas, Nea Propontis, Halkidiki, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 5,600,000 euros and a total aid of 3,000,000 euros in the form of a grant.
The Region of Thessaly approved the allocation of an amount of 147,543.77 euros, which corresponds to up to 65% of the approved subsidy for the investment plan of the company TOURIST ENTERPRISES 1910 SA, which concerns the establishment of a 3-star hotel with a capacity of 19 beds with a conference center in Volos, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 951,712.80 euros and a total aid of 368,859.43 euros.
