Mykonos was voted as the top “island paradise” in the world in 2015 by readers of electronic travel magazine gaycities.com addressed to gay communities in 223 cities around the world.
The site describes Mykonos as “paradise-on-Earth” and a “well-known Greek island hotspot full of ocean blues and barely-there bikinis.” the U.S. Virgin Islands ware elected “Runner up” in the specific category.
