The 24th Athens Bicycle Round is being held at central Syntagma Square beginning at 10:00. During the 13 km route, cyclists will pass through the city center to reach the finish line at Syntagma Square. The start of the 3.5 km route for children and persons with disabilities is set to begin at 10.15 at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on Amalias Avenue.
Bicycle enthusiasts, racing teams and professional athletes will be present at this year’s 24th Athens Bicycle Round, due to take place during the Athens Bike Weekend on May 6 and 7 in the city center. Events will also include the 1st Athens International Criterium, an international race, which will feature teams and athletes from all over Europe.
