The Agios Nikolaos Municipality, the Aghios Nikolaos Cultural Organization (PAODAN), the World Federation of High Diving Federation (WHDF) and the Region of Crete, organize “Agios Nikolaos Cliff Diving 2017”.
Crete and Agios Nikolaos host the first competition cliff diving event in Greece, putting the country on the world map of the sport.
This year, twenty of the world’s best cliff diving athletes will participate for the first time in Greece in a diving contest from the 20-meter high rocks of the local lake.
The competition is included in the WHDF calendar and is the first of its kind to be held in Greece.
