The Catholic Archdiocese of Corfu has organised a meeting of the representatives of the Christian doctrines at the Cathedral (Duomo) in Corfu, to take place on Saturday afternoon. The meeting is held to mark the “Week of Meditation and Prayer” for the unity of the Churches, an event that the Catholic Church organises throughout the world.
The meeting on Corfu is an initiative of the island’s Catholic Archbishop Ioannis Spiteris.
