Greek government has now the fiscal room to set a policy of “fair development”, Rural Development Minister Evangelos Apostolou said on Thursday in an interview with ‘F&M Voice’ newspaper, according to ANA.
The ministry seeks to create a durable agricultural sector for the country, Apostolou noted and stressed that on the basis of the “strategic plan” it will be possible to ensure the production of basic agricultural products and the sufficiency of food both for residents as well as for visitors to the country, as well as the increase of competitiveness and the increase of employment.
